"A satisfied customer"

The facility has indication of aging but has been renovated. It's right off the interstate and has a great local restaurant right by it. The continental breakfast is basic but has longer serving time than others. It's clean and comfortable for the price charged.

The heater in our rm didn’t work , just blew cool air. Shower handle was backwards, never knew which way to turn handle!

The room itself was fine, but the front desk guy was AWFUL! So rude and unprofessional. I don't know why he works there because he obviously hates his job. This is not the kind of person I would want representing my business. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, so that was good. Breakfast was standard but fine.

This hotel is very basic. It does smell like cigarette smoke really bad. The spray they use to try to cover up the smell is even worse. Steps to upper level hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Cleaning service wasn't good. We stayed 2 nights and when we came back to the hotel after being out all day, all they did was make the bed and replace towels. They did not vacuum. We did not see any bugs. And the breakfast was super skimpy! I woyld not stay there again.
