We stayed for 8 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it a great base for exploring Edinburgh. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the reception team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

There was an issue with the shower drainage in one of the bathrooms. I reported it and was informed that it had been fixed, but unfortunately the problem persisted for the remainder of our stay. One area that could be improved is housekeeping. While housekeeping services are available, they come at an additional charge. For guests staying for an extended period, such as our 8-night stay, it would have been appreciated if at least one complimentary room service or housekeeping visit had been included. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent location and the professionalism of the staff.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel apartment was extremely comfortable, spacious, attractive, with a beautiful garden view. Lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely comfortable bedroom and living room. Walk to all the sites of Edinburgh. Access to the gorgeous private Queen St gardens was the icing on the cake.

أرضية الشقة خشب وهي مزعجة مزعجة لأبعد حد. وهذا ما يجعلني أستبعد تكرار التجربة. أخذت شقة بغرفتين مطلة على الحديقة. الحديقة تبدو مهجورة.

Location is magnificent!

The apartment had everything!It was clean and super central to the part of the city we wanted to see.

Parking is a real problem. We were not aware of any parking agreements with the closest parking garage and paid a lot of money for 3 days.I shoujd have enquired more, but only saw staff once while we were there.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very easy access

Looking tired, dirty sofa, broken curtain rail, sticky floors and a smell of food when entering, we had to put the extractor filter in the dishwasher. A few small attentions to detail and this place would be back on top. A lot of road noise.
