Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Det var let at komme ind og ud på alle tider af døgnet, og der var elevator i bygningen. Lejligheden var pæn og rengjort. Dejlig bekvemt med 2 badeværelser.

Sengen og hovedpuderne var for hårde efter min smag. Møblerne var ikke udprægede behagelige at sidde i, og der var ikke vildt meget plads til kuffert/udpakning af kuffert på værelserne. Det gjorde lejligheden endnu mindre at man ikke kunne pakke kufferterne væk. Toiletbrættet på det ene toilet var ikke skruet ordentlig fast i den ene side. Altsammen småting. :)
