Location and the style

The twin bed wasn’t suitable for an adult. Poor quality/not comfortable. The shower door didn’t keep water in so water got everywhere and it was a bit of a safety hazard trying to get out of the tub/shower after.

Location was great, staff were so good with holding our bags and they left them to our rooms when ready. Clean, tidy and modern apartment. Everything you would need really. Thanks for a great stay

Liked everything but forgot to mention that the Hair dryer needs replacing as not sounding too good….hope this finds someone!(room 103).

A great location, close to the centre of Edinburgh near Waverley Station, opposite the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, which was worth a visit. The apartment was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Castle and the Royal Mile, near the tram at St Andrews Square, which took us to the Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet, at the rear with garden view. The facilities met our needs: a kettle, some tea bags and coffee provided, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, luggage storage on day of departure until 7pm. There was a very handy café for breakfast plus a good Mexican and excellent Italian just a few minutes away, so we didn't use the oven and hob. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We soon got used to the code access system, although it didn't seem to work the first time we tried.

We were surprised there was no fridge in our Studio, but managed fine without. Before arrival, needing to upload photo ID although UK nationals.
