Tout était désagréable, mauvaise odeur, pas de wifi tout était bizarre en tout cas.

Clean and tidy

the old woman that works second shift had a horrible attitude and came into my room while i was sleeping to "check on me" for no reason and scared me to death.

the heat went out in both of my rooms

They 'required' a 50 dollar 'security' fee when I checked in (for potential damage I would cause, according to the check in staff), but their is nothing mentioned on Booking.com about this. Luckily someone not the check in staff heard me and agreed to waive this. Then the check in staff following this encounter (checking in at 2:15P, check in time is 3P. And I selected to be able to check in early when I registered) stated "Um, you are checking in early, techniqually I need to charge you for that. Next time you come you cannot check in until 3PM as this is our check in time." Which I found rude. She could have just let us know that we couldn't check in for another 45 min and we would have found something to do for a little while and come back. Anyway we got to our room and their was already damage a hole in the wall, the door stop pushed into the wall, tiles cracked in the bath room, and the drain plug wasn't working on the tub. In addition to this they did not provide many towels and the ones we got were SMALL and the hallways had an odor to them. And while not completely the hotels fault someone near our room was then smoking weed in a room near our room that myself and my teenager could smell while we were trying to rest. It gave us both a headache and was not pleasant for quiet awhile. Lastly, part of why I booked this hotel was because it stated that they offer breakfast for their guests. When we went to check out and grab breakfast their was no food, no coffee, no drinks of any kind. When I asked the receptionist (same one from the night before) she said "I can make you coffee and we have donuts" to me this is not breakfast or convenient. I expected coffee to be available with the supplies needed to make it the way we liked it. Donuts sure, but also maybe bagels, yogurt, little boxes of cereal for example.
