My bed sheets had mold and stains, I asked for them to get changed and they never came back. The floors were dirty, there was bugs on the walls. The water in the shower was not working!!! Got woken up at 2:59am by a worker outside my room hitting some wood with a hammer (working I’m assuming) Our stay here was by far the worst, will not be coming back.

Nothing at all it was terrible i would never come back to this hotel and if I know anybody that’s coming to Cincinnati I would tell them never reserve a room here cause the services is terrible and they have employees that don't know how to work anything or you have to wait a day and a half for services in a room unprofessional.

Nothing it was people hanging all outside running around the building bugs on the wall didn’t clean the room just plain nasty hallway, stank

Rude customer service no tissue or towels in the rooms people sleeping in the hallways

The parking was terrible, one door into the building, very confusing layout, the room was clean over all. There was no body wash to shower with even when I asked for some from the front desk. They also didn’t have conditioner.

Signage in the lobby saying “Do Not Steal batteries out of smoke detectors “, made me feel real safe. Got to the room, secondary safety lock (chain) was missing from the door, leaving the mangled screw holes that were used to mount the original chain. No Kleenexes in the sink compartment and to top it all off, NO trash can anywhere in the room. Definitely not going back there.
