I’ll start with the positives: the spa and pool facilities are excellent, the location is great and close to everything, and parking is free. The disadvantages are many: * The room does not have a refrigerator, coffee-making facilities, or air conditioning. The hotel also does not provide an electric iron. If you need ironing, they require you to hand in your clothes and collect them after 24 hours for a fee, or after 6 hours for an additional high “express” charge. Sound insulation is very poor, so you can hear everything happening outside. The view is excellent with a large window, but the curtains do not block light well, which forces you to wake up early. The deposit of 500 euros is considered very high. The hotel lacks services that, even if not explicitly mentioned in the contract, are expected as basic amenities you would naturally assume a hotel provides. In conclusion, if I return to Zell am See, I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it.

Отель в целом понравился. До ж/д станции можно добраться пешком минут за тридцать, до супермаркетов и ресторанов минут за двадцать. Здание в хорошем состоянии, чисто, вид из номеров просто потрясающий. Персонал приветливый. Номер небольшой, но уютный. В отеле имеется превосходный спа-комплекс с бассейнами и саунами. Ресторан отеля заслуживает отдельного упоминания, хотя впечатления от его посещения смешанные. Что-то вроде лайт-версии заведения с мишленовскими звёздами.

Городской налог не был включён в первоначальную стоимость номера, это не позволяет сразу оценить реальную цену. В номере нет ни чайника, ни холодильника. Если сильно хочется, то можно, конечно, спуститься и попить чай в сауне, где всегда в свободном доступе и пакетики чая, и горячая вода. Завтрак стоит 30 евро, за эти деньги можно прекрасно позавтракать в ближайшем кафе два раза.

Unser Zimmer war leider etwas hellhörig (Zug, Leute vom Aufzug kommend, Husten und reden aus dem Nachbarzimmer)

Wir komme nimmer wieder gerne wenn wir geschäftlich unterwegs sind

toller Blick auf die Berge, super Raumaufteilung, sehr gute bequeme Betten, Bad sehr groß und komfortabel, Außenpool beheizt, Saunaauswahl top, sehr nette Mitarbeiter/innen besonders an der Rezeption. Stellplatz inklusive sowie Karten für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Liegen am Pool sowie drin und draußen und kostenlose Wasser. Massagen konnten kurzfristig gebucht werden und der Saunabereich war auch erst ab 16 Jahren. Es gab einen Bar ( Cocktails waren sehr lecker ) und ein Restaurant und der Skilift ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt vor Ort. 24 Stunden Erreichbarkeit an der Rezeption

Preis Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück passt nicht zusammen. 30 Euro pro Person dafür erwartet man etwas. Service gab es am Tisch, heisst man musste sich seine Speisen selber auswählen die einem dann gebracht wurden. Diese waren aber keine besonderen Käse oder Wurst Sorten und die Wartezeit war dadurch extrem lange. Es war auch sehr warm in dem Restaurant. Es gab einen Teil beim Frühstück als Buffet aber Ausschnitt und Eierspeisen a la Carte. Keine Minibar im Zimmer
