Checked into our two bedroom at midnight with my small children and wife. Zero ventilation in the room. Nothing. Went to the front desk and the guy asked me three times if I let the air run. I told him, there was not a drop of air. Got moved to two 1 bedrooms and had to split my family. Only to find out at 1 am after traveling for 12 hours that the whole building has no hot water. Went back downstairs and asked, why he didn't tell me that 20 minutes earlier. He just looked at me. The engineer was right next to him and when I asked when they think the hot water would run again, they both just looked at me. Stay away. Shame on your Marriott. Your getting bigger has only meant squeezing your guest. Lifetime Platinum means nothing. The front desk guy didn't even say a peep or even apologize.
