I was scheduled to stay at this property for 3 nights but left after 1. I am allergic to feathers and dust. I had a severe allergic reaction and did not sleep at all. I was travelling on business and this had a significant impact on my health and ultimately the quality of my performance on my business trip. I had called in advance to arrange a feather free room. I also messaged on the app in advance to ensure the room would be feathered free when I arrived at 9pm. Unfortunately, the room was not feather free and was very dirty. There was an inch of dust under the bed (the lovely front desk person brought a vacuum to try and help clean it but the vacuum didn’t fit under the bed…no wonder why they aren’t cleaning properly), there was visible hair/nails/dirt/dust/old earplugs behind the mattress on top of the bed skirt (no idea when it has last been washed or changed), and when I went to open the window for fresh air, there was a massive dead bug and hole in the screen. Other than Michelle at the front desk who tried to help me, the service and management at this hotel was poor. Management required that I check out of the room by 12pm once I notified them I needed to leave due to a severe allergic reaction. I had travelled from Vancouver, Canada for meetings and had to leave my meeting to ensure I could pack up my own belongings. The hotel said they would do it for me if I couldn’t be out on time as they had already rebooked the room. They offered zero compensation or empathy. I would AVOID this hotel.

Breakfast could have more options. The cofee was not hot enough.
