It smelled like Carpet Fresh. It was so strong I got a headache.

1, The television speakers were blown out 2, The bathroom had mold in it. 3, The refrigerator was broken, did not even turn on. 4, Overall room was not that clean there were dirty socks left behind from who ever might have stayed there last on the floor next to the bathroom. 5 The door security latch was broken 6 The chair to sit in was dirty and stained 7 The towels in the bathroom were stained and had holes in them. 8 Walking to the ice machine I found people who were permanently living there in rooms. 9 Nothing in the vending area worked. 10, Hotel.com rating was 4.8 excellent makes me question Hotels.com

Beautiful lobby. Good, hot breakfast. Nice doggy area. Basic room; it was clean. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer. Close to river. Short drive to restaurants.

This place is inexpensive and easy to access by car right off of highway 50 a bit west of the center of town. The staff (a married couple, I think?) were friendly, but not really professional. It's... fine. Windows opened and had screens, which I always appreciate. The beds were comfy enough.

I don't understand the high reviews this place got. It's a very dated, tired motel. The The decor was a hodgepodge. There was what seemed to be a long-term resident working on his car two doors down from us. There were few facilities -- an ice machine and a 3/4 empty snack vending machine and a broken soda machine from the 70s. The room they were in was filthy. Our room was OK, just a weird layout, dated, small TV. Breakfast was fine, but greasy, few options, fewer healthy options. Also, it's right on the flight path for a nearby airport, and a huge military plane flew over us repeatedly in the morning. That might be true everywhere in town, though.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were great.

Property is nice, but a little dated. Carpet torn inside door, etc. Initially could not access internet, but later in the evening we could.

Staff was so nice at check in. The place was quiet and comfortable . Nice to be able to park right outside of the room.

So many smokers, all outside but cigarette butts everywhere. Also, the breakfast was really bad.
