Great for such a price

We arrived and already the image of the hotel did not match the quality of the hotel from the site. While I was checking in, men approached my car with my wife inside in the parking lot. Leaving her nervous and feeling uncomfortable, while waiting for me. When we entered the room, there were no lights, quickly we realized that the light switch at the door didn't work, and none of the lamps or outlets worked. Not only that but the room smelled of weed, using our phones as flashlights we returned to the car. Got a full refund at the office and left.

The staff is awesome and super friendly and attentive. However, it was very nasty and honestly contemplating sleeping in my truck. I didn't to complain because to the Clerk was super friendly.

I only stayed here because I needed 4 to 6 hours of sleep on a long pass through drive. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place. It's an absolute rat's nest. The place is so filthy and disgusting. The towels and sheets were the only thing that looked clean. There's dust everywhere on everything and cracks on the walls the shower is coming apart everywhere. You can tell they put a coat of paint on everything which is basically putting lipstick on a pig. The whole entire place smells like weed and I suspect this is one of the crack head hang out because the police kept cruising the parking lot. That at least gave me the feeling of being semi safe. But even the mechanisms on the doors were loose not inspiring much confidence that somebody couldn't just kick their way in easily if they wanted to. The TV only worked if you turn it on and off by hand and there are cigarette Burns all over the place. I could go on and on but why. You have been warned. Windham you should be ashamed of yourself

The room 101 was exactly as the last customer left, dirty, hairs(all kind), the toilet was yellow all around and the dog smell... TV REMOTE with new batteries never work. The shower control was broken.

Poorly kept property's. Dirty housekeeping

We wouldn’t have stayed but all hotels were full and we were exhausted. The hotel had broken windows and other damage, maybe hurricane related, but the atmosphere was that fixing them was not a priority or concern. We were woken up at 5 am by a man yelling in the hall about going to get his gun. Police came and told him to leave. The entire area felt unsafe and we will not be staying in Lafayette again anytime soon. Hopefully things will get better.

Easy booking with the app, once arrived the front desk didn’t know if they had rooms. There was at least 4 options when I booked. I did not get the queen room I requested. Computer systems were slow, outdated, broken, or whatever. I stood at the desk for almost 30 minutes while the clerk “rebooted.” Once in the room, I found stains all over the bed. Pictures below. The other bed looked clean so I decided to just sleep after a painful checkin and long day. At 5am someone was in the hallway arguing. It continued for some time. At the chance to leave I did. The pool looked run down, nothing like pictures.

The Hotel is old but condition is ok.
