Everything was sticky, the room smelled and some of the lights didnt work. Then a roach was in the same room. I was traveling with my fiance and 1 yr old. It was very nasty. One of the worst places ive stayed at

Everything was horrible, loud kids running and jumping couldn’t get any sleep. Didn’t see where they had breakfast at, wasn’t given any directions. Coffee was cold

"Customer service was good but room was not"

The staff are good .. but the Hotel is not clean mildew every where.. stains on floor.. when we got into our room the tv was on but nothing was showing. Sink was running not good the phone in the room didn't work..

The gentleman at the desk was nice but it stopped there. The property is filthy, dirty, poorly kept. I had no top sheet on my bed so asked for one and the guy took me to the linen room and handed me a set of sheets which was fine but unexpected. The pool area was locked and when I asked why he said because of COVID it had been closed and just never reopened. I paid a very cheap rate so didn't expect too much but the property was truly filthy.

First off the two dark skin clerks are very unprofessional have an attitude so rude I’ve never experienced in my life room was dirty ashes on dresser food in fridge room smelled so bad I I over slept 2 min for my check out and they woke me up by walking in my room Rudely with an attitude and told me hurry up you gotta go now it’s check out time only gave me 5 min NEVER AGAIN I WISH I COULD GET A FULL REFUND THEY DONT EVEN COLLECT TOWELS OR TRY TO EVEN HAVE HOSPITALITY POOR SHAPE RUDE WORKERS VERY GHETTO IM SORRY
