Hot bath and traditional B&B. The hot cooked breakfasts were excellent! Proximity to charlifts and Happo One gondola were excellent.

Walking up and down the icy driveway was hazardous. Ensure you pay via booking.com if using credit card as the vendor only takes cash despite advertising card facilities on Booking.com

Access with Luggage is difficult. there is a hill to climb to get to the accomadition. it's very slippery in winter and little or no maintenance to keep it safe. Gondola is walking distance, and no bus is required. Didn't eat there, and wifi is slow. Overall, the pricing for the facilities is high, but then so is all Hakuba. It was convenient for a first trip. As a family I would go to Shiga Kogen or Madaro and get a rental to get around next time

The hill to climb to gain access to the property was a bit of a pain - especially when it was super icy on the ground….!

An 80 meter long, steep, snow covered road leads up to the property. It is very slippery and almost totally dark at night. Cars are parked at the bottom of the hill. The property does not have a communal room so you are confined to your very small room. There are a lot of staircases to get to showers etc.

worst access to a hotel ever and I have travelled to ski in Japan for 20 years, very small room with dangerously high bunk bed, lack of communal room

Location to Happo One Gondola just a short walk

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast that they cook for you is exceptional. I highly suggest trying out their dinner and breakfast at least once during your stay. I will never suggest any place to stay in Hakuba more than this one considering the price, location, and hospitality.

Great japanese food, made especially for each person. Friendly and helpful staff Traditional rooms (futon) which means you have plenty of space but need to lay out your futon before going to bed.

Only a single shower for the entire establishment

Good facilities and comfortable stay. Nice traditional breakfast (¥1000 p/p)

Location was hard to find and was difficult at first to access with larger luggage (ski bag) due to hill location
