For the 1st time in many visits I am not going to review the hotel as it will close for 2 months for a much needed renovation . I will only concentrate on the hard working staff . I hope the manager reads this and speaks too and praises each member of staff I mention.as it doesn't cost anything to do this .but receiving praise can be such a confidence booster.and makes you feel Appreciated. RECEPTION.. Alberto.Oscar Luna.Tom. Manolo P. You only get 1 Chance to give a first impression. They are superb at this. DINING ROOM . Andrea.Daniel.Enrique.Noe.Jorge.Karen.Kruz .Emilio. Los camareros y recepcionista amables y simpáticos

La limpieza en la habitación, le faltaba mantenimiento el grifo del lavabo estaba roto y cada vez que abrías te salía toda el agua para fuera la nevera no enfriaba debajo de la cama había pelusas. En el armario cuando llegamos había hasta una botella de agua supuestamente la camarera de piso tiene que limpiar dentro y fuera del armario. Deberían de hacer mejor mantenimiento y limpieza de las habitaciones y de las instalaciones
