The food was the same and was not nice Very plain and you had the same as lunch, dinner

The staff are the absolute selling point! From the reception staff, through the cleaning, restaurant staff, bartenders and most of all the animation team. The animation team does their absolute utmost and their efforts make the holiday and time very pleasant. Food is a hit or a miss. Some dishes are absolutely delicious some are very mediocre. It really depends on the theme of the night for dinner per se. Dessert bar is subpar a 4 star hotel. The snack bars are all purely fast food, which is also very poor quality. The coffee is quite poor, unless you buy one, but the alcoholic drinks are good! Very rich choice for drinks, including cocktails made in person.

The rooms are comfortable but dated. The beds are already out of shape and other facilities in the room can be renovated. Definitely the insulation must be improved as you can hear everything from outside.

El personal genial, pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos los gestionaron muy rapido. El personal de animación de 10! el mejor que hemos visto en mucho tiempo. Los espectaculos genial. Y el parque acuático lo mejor para los peques!

La comida de buffet bastante básica, además tenían la mesa de buffet para los niños para que se sirvan solos y solo la llenaron una vez, los demás días estaba vacía.

No iron available. No proper coffee unless you pay extra.

El desayuno bien

Que no pusieron snack el sábado y pregunté y nadie me dio una explicación cuando ese servicio me lo han cobrado también

El personal de todo el hotel, muy amable, tanto recepción como camareros. Los animadores súper bien, las actuaciones estupendas y siempre hay actividades a todas horas tanto para adultos y para niños. La instalación de piscina grande y piscina para niños también esta bien.

La comida deja mucho que desear, siempre lo mismo, no hay variedad, ponen un cartel todos los días para cambiar de diferentes gastronomías de paises y no hay nada, se repiten mucho en el buffet y si sobra algo de la comida lo ponen por la noche. El buffet fatal. Después, las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, las puertas estan todas desconchadas, sin pintar, la limpieza de las habitaciones también es muy pobre, muchos días no limpian bien y la colcha de la cama no la cambian.
