Great location and lots of space

It could have been cleaner…clean the air conditioners

Lage war spitze, mitten im Zentrum und man ist innerhalb von 5 min bei der nächsten Bahn Station und auch gleich in der Stadt Unterkunft war super, genug Betten und Bäder, Küche hatte auch alles was man benötigt, Terrasse ist spitze das Appartement ist wirklich sehr groß so dass wir uns zu 7. nie in die Quere gekommen sind Vermieter war super nett, Schlüsselübergabe hat sowohl zu Beginn als auch bei Abreise super funktioniert, er antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten und wir konnten auch kostenfrei 2 Stunden länger im Appartement bleiben was für uns spitze war

Polster waren leider etwas hart und die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein (Boden etwas dreckig, etc., Möbel verstaubt) und die Einrichtung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Ampiezza dei locali, posizione in citta, e molto apprezzato il terrazzino.

Accessori bagni da rivedere: bidet in camera grande non fissato al pavimento e wc ,in camera medio corridoio , che non scarica.Pessima la mancanza di TV e molto scomodo l’accesso alla struttura ( più di 20 scalini ) non indicati nella scheda di prenotazione. Mancano i cucchiaini nella dotazione cucinino.

Appartement très sympathique et confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût emplacement idéal pour visiter Palerme.

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine pour 8 personnes ( cafetière trop petite chaise sur la terrasse dommage qui n’y ai pas de salon .

No WiFi which was on description - this did significantly impact negatively on our visit - we were not able to research, book activities and keep in touch with families.

Excellent communication and key handover. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious, close to important monuments. A few small things could be improved to make it perfect. Since we visited it in February, when the otherwise great terrace cannot be used in the evening, it would be nice to add comfortable chairs with armrests to the apartment. There is a folding table in the kitchen, but not many chairs. The kettle is too small. There could be more toilet paper.

the property was advertised as having Wifi, however this was not the case. It was very inconvenient to not have these connections and resulted in us having to incur additional costs. This was inappropriate marketing of the property. Further it was not clear to us on booking that there were 4 flights of stairs to access the property and one of out party had recent knee surgery which made access difficult. We stayed for over 8 days and we had inadequate linen to cover this period
