Homewood Suites Laredo at Mall Del Norte

Nice place to stay however next day had no hot water

When we arrived the dishwasher was working for more than 2 hours, I stopped it. The closer door was down. The air condition really noise. Next morning no hot water. No nody answering the phone and the front desk. There were to many little cockroaches on the kitchen. No nody at the front desk for checkout. The front desk lady was talking with the kitchen people, not helping them.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. All of our accommodations were met, and the staff was very friendly.

I killed two ants and a roach in my bathroom sink. I opened my dishwasher and another roach ran away before I could kill it. No paper towels in the kitchen, no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, no ice machine in the freezer and the ice machine on the floor didn't work. That really didn't matter anyway since there was no ice bucket in the room. Certainly not what I would expect from a Hilton property, and I won't stay there again and will recommend to all my colleagues to stay as far away from there as possible. Plenty of other hotels in the area.

There was a dead roach on floor of room. It seemed to have been there a while. It kinda threw off the feel of the room! The room was perfect other than that!
