"Publicidad engañosa"

En el aviso de la reservacion indicaba que el check inn era a las 3:00 pm y la salida a las 12:00 pm Pero al dia siguiente nos llego un correo de Homewood donde advertia que el horario de entrada era hasta las 4:00 pm y la salida a las 11:00 am. Con esta situacion perdimos dos horas de estancia pagadas

"I didn’t stay!!!!"

Nothing! I didn’t stay I left the hotel after front desk clerk gave me a room that was already occupied and found roaches running in the hallway. I asked for a refund to which I still have not received!!!!

Nothing!!!! Highly upset!!!!
