"Quality hotel"

The hotel was clean, comfortable, in a safe and quiet area. Breakfast was good, better than average. The AC worked perfectly despite the three digit temperature outside. Check in was a breeze

"Needs maintenance "

Arrival and check in great. Hall to room had a foul smell. Room was decently cleaned but there was trim missing in kitchenette and something on the floor under refrigerator door. Went to take shower and the shower head feel off the broken clip . Texted the front desk and said it would be repaired but was not when I returned the next evening. Overall a ok place just needs some maintenance

This was the best hotel experience I had in not only Laredo, but everywhere else. The room layout is incredible. I really appreciate the room being separated into two sections. Everything else was of high quality, such as the breakfast and pool area.
