Homewood Suites Laredo at Mall Del Norte

Rooms AC was leaking all over carpet. Living room AC wasn’t working

Very ordinary at best. Dark rooms, worn furniture and mediocre kitchen and bath. Very basic breakfast and $75 dog charge for one night.

Stayed here January 2024 and the elevator was out. Came back April and elevator is still out and had to take the stairs again. The bathroom was in bad condition. The toilet handle was loose, walls and door were dirty, tub was peeling and door handle was broken.

First both rooms smelled so bad i had to buy fabrize to make the room smell a bit better and the beds where so horrible we could feel every spring in the mattress the room was so small for it to be a suite i had to move furniture around so my sons wheelchair could fit over all i would not book with them any more.

The Shower was not clean at all, I complained the following morning, Left for the day only to return to a dirty Show that hadn't been cleaned in a long time! The bed was a cheap motel 6 matrass!

Property is well kept and its location it’s prime for shopping and gathering with family in the many restaurants close by. Staff was great but unfortunately they would be distracted with their phone; had to wait to be acknowledged. Not terribly bad but needs to be addressed for a hotel of this level. The property makes up for the service. Will stay again!

As soon as I set my stuff down we saw a little cockroach on the wall, but everything else has been good so far. Elevators are also out of order.

Everything was great and the staff was amazing.
