DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM AFTER YEARS OF USING THIS EVIL COMPANY, I WAS BASICALLY ROBBED BY RESIDENCE INN & NEEDED BOOKINGS.COM HELP & THEY WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. SENDING ME ON A GOOSE CHASE IN THEIR WEBSITE, I WAS TRICKED INTO PAYING FOR SOME 3RD PARTY COMPANY IN ORDER TO TALK TO A HUMAN. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM GO DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL WEBSITE ITSELF AND YOU GET MUCH BETTER SUPPORT IN CASE OF A PROBLEM. WHEN BOOKING THRU BOOKINGS.COM, HOTELS GIVE YOU THEIR ABSOLUTE WORST ROOMS. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MANY TIMES BUT IT ALL FELL ON DEAF EARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM

Everything about that hotel was terrible specially the employees. It is not worth the money.

It was close to home and lots of food options near property

It smelled like cigarettes and the hallways were dark felt like a maze trying to get to my room

It was very nice property. Rooms were excellent and staff amazing

I don’t like how you have to pay for parking. Do they expect us to walk. To stay there? $25 per car is crazy. We should get to park our car for free.
