A quiet area

Difficult to walk at night. You have to go down a rough dirt road. Tuktuk would not drive down the road had to walk

totally clean, multiple towels, great size of the room. you can find a pool and gym. quiet location with a fine garden, 10 minutes by tuktuk to the crowded area around McDonalds. we tried also some dishes, all were tasty. easy access to do the Balicasag tour.

Really well designed ground floor bungalows set within a garden area, with good aircon, a little terrace and very clean.

Be aware that the property is located outside of Alona beach down a small track. It is no problem at all getting tricycles there and back quite cheaply or hire a scooter so not an issue. We did walk it on one occasion but I wouldn’t recommend walking.

The staff was wonderful. The room is very well equiped maybe some of the equipment are a little bit old but they are rennovating some rooms. They helped us with scooter renting and airport Shuttle. The gym is great !

They only clean the room once every 2 days...

The property looks new, the rooms and territory were very clean. The staff was friendly. Location is somewhat remote and quite, but we preferred it that way. Americano was good 🙂 The room was cleaned every 2 days, but we were informed about it in advance and it was totally fine.

Just one minor detail - the access road is unpaved and quite dark at night, I hope soon a better road will be built.

location the other side of Alona so easy to get to by grab or ombak .Staff where so polite and helpful .They all work well together to make sure guest enjoy there stay .lovely tidy little resort a must for anyone visiting the Area and great air con..

Being picky bed was a little to firm for me but that’s just my preference.Nothing else i didn’t like .

The layout was lovely and the room was very spacious. The pool was great and all the items available including the option for food if you choose. The staff were brilliant and extremely accommodating for us and helped us a lot in booking taxis / tricycles. Thank you so much for being so hospitable.

The only issue we have is not with the hotel but who they use for the tours / taxi (JM Travel & tours). That experience in itself was truly horrific and I really hope the hotel choose to partner with somebody else moving forward.

I like that the owner “Sorina” and her staff pay attention to small details and the cleaning level of the rooms. They do not allow eating in the room but you can eat in the terrace or by the swimming pool which I agree with to stop ants. The neighbourhood is very quiet which worked very well for me. Sorina is helpful with a very good network. I needed to book diving sessions and she contacted the owner of best dive centre in Alona beach which is owned and operated by 100% very skilled and professional Felipinos “Alona divers” and organised dives for me. Highly recommend this place for the peace of mind.
