En general fue buena volveríamos a ir, sobretodo porque están renovando el hotel

Loved this hotel. British was the minority at the time of travel but this was ok. Hotel was quiet, clean. The staff weren't overly friendly but not rude either. Location is ok if your hiring a car, it's a bit of a treck to anything other than holiday world. I would stay again

La comida fue lo peor, calidad malísima. Además, repetitiva, no había variedad. Pero el personal lo mejor de todo. El todo incluido es malo, poca variedad de bebidas y para picar siempre lo mismo y no a cualquier hora. Te cobran por algunas cosas. Las instalaciones necesitan un mantenimiento el cual parece que están en ello pero por lo general es bonito. Volveré a Gran Canaria algún día.

Having read previous reviews we thought e were at the wrong hotel!! Plenty of space around the numerous pools, no shortage of sunbeds or umbrellas, and the rooms were large with more than adequate self-catering facilities. We are a couple with a six year old daughter and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The location was very good with Holiday World within a five minute walk - bars, restaurants, fair rides and kiddies park. The hotel is situated on the main highway bus route - Las Palmas to Puerto Mogan - with a stop right outside. The quaint traditional village of San Fernando is one stop way with great Tapas bars and restaurants.

Good base to explore the lovely island. For the price, cant really fault the accommodation.

Overall this hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms are a little worn but very clean and functional. Ideal stay for families. The kids club is amazing and the girls working there are wonderful. We were self catering and the kitchenette area was small but again functional, the local Spa supermarket (5 mins walk) had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. Very close to the Holiday World complex, again amazing for the kids. Beach is not too far, either a free bus or a 4 Euro cab ride. Very easy to get about. The only criticisms I have are that with all the pools the hotel has none of them are shallow enough for children under 12 (ish) to reach the bottom, so not ideal for our 5 year old who's still learning to swim. Also I repeatedly asked for late check out and was told to come back the morning we were leaving, to be told no. The hotel was nowhere near full capacity, I really don't understand why they couldn't accommodate?! But overall a very happy stay, would go back!

Vi var overordnede tilfredse med hotellet. Det lagde lidt langt fra alt, men alligevel i en passende gåafstand og vi hyggede os med at gå rundt. Det ligger tæt på et marked der er både tirsdag og lørdag. Super hyggeligt. Selve hotellet var okay. God plads ved alle deres pools, og man behøvede ikke at stå tideligt op for at få en plads. Hotellet bar præg af, at det har været brugt i lang tid, men de var ved at at renovere på det hele, og tog blandt andet mål i vores lejlighed. Alt i alt en god ferie
