Lekker rustig relax hotel fijn gelegen in de nabijheid van bezienswaardigheden

Alt var supert, utenom at vi hadde ubudne gjester den første og siste dagen (kakerlakker). Men de kom utenfra under døren, og la merke til at de golferne på å sette lister på dørene slik at de kanskje ikke kommdr inn i fremtiden... Forøvrig var det flotte, store rom med fin kjøkkenkrok, og svært barnevennlig område med lekeplass og basseng. Betjeningen barn også svært hjelpsomme.

Not only rude and unhelpful staff but the room that we got wasn't cleaned properly, very strong smell of drainage. Room need very serious attention.

Respa toimi hyvin. Ruoka ei kovinkaan maistuvaa, esille pano sotkuista. Huone erittäin epämiellyttävä, koska kaikki oli likaista:peitteissä tahroja samoin sängynpeitteissä. Olohuoneen patjat ja tyynyt likaiset ja tahraiset. Oli epämiellyttävää nukkua likaisten filttien alla ja istua likaisella ja tahraisella sohvalla. Olimme samassa huoneessa vuosi sitten, lika oli lisääntynyt, WC:n ovenkahva edelleen irrallaan js WC-pönttö edelleen jollain remmillä kiinni. Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, kävelymatkan päässä "kaupungista". Ilmainen bussikuljetus rannalle kiva juttu.

Las habitaciones están muy desgastadas, el baño está muy usado con marcas en encimera de lavabo, paredes y suelo, la bañera con desconchones, el agua del termo no da para llenar la bañera, la ducha lo mismo....

hotel mériterais un petit entretien ,calme mais distant de la plage et des centres d'intérets , une voiture et idéale ,mais les transports en commun sont sur place .

generally we enjoyed stay in this hotel as quied and great frendly staff, no much choices of food but enough to keep your stomach full . 7 min on FREE bus to the Maspalomas beach, running 3 times a day. Shows every evening but after show nothing to do atol. Kids club not safe enough to leave your child with out parents. some times was broken glass on the floor next to the swimming pools , takes time to cleaned. poor choice of drinks, coctail's says made from natural fresh fruits, not true, all mixed with basic concetrate juce from the paper packs. mattresses horrible, cheap, pillows even worse. 2 days room was not cleaned. Not great wi fi, have to pay deposit of €20 for remote control, but you can control TV with out remote. will be great to have some lights on the steps next to the pool as evening time they are not visible and easy to felt down. apart this the facility have Large Rooms and relax atmosfere, will diffinately come back again.

All ok until sat 18th when I had requested by phone with expedia a stay on 18th as our flight returned 19th...the manager was ignorant, unpleasant and totally unpleasant even threatening to dump our clothes etc on the street....al this with 3 children...did not accept there was an error did not offer to assist in any way shape or form...was just rude and unhelpful

Trevligt poolområde och bra gratis buss till stranden

Hotelli on mukavalla sijainnilla, mutta palvelutaso on suurimmaksi osaksi heikkoa. Hotelli kaipaisi paljon uudistusta. Torakoita vilisee huoneissa öisin jos ei jätä joka huoneessa valoja päälle. Peittoina on nuhjuiset "viltit" jotka on läpi puhki pesty ja todella ohuita ja niissä on tupakan polttamia reikiä. Pistorasiat joissain huoneissa roikkuvat seinästä ulos piuhoineen. Lasten leikkipaikassa oli myös torakoita. Ei enään ikinä kyseistä hotellia.
