Troppo caro per il tipo di servizio. Neanche la colazione Peccato perché la struttura non è male. Gli asciugamani non avevano un buon profumo, forse asciugati male dopo il lavaggio,

Great location, clean, easy checkin, quiet. All the right things

the two rooms on the second floor were newly refurbished and were adequate

this property is not as advertised our supposed superior double with extra bed was a very damp smelling room the double bedding was damp and smelled, it was semi basement room, we moved the single mattress from the sofa up to one of our other second floor rooms. However to access these 2nd floor rooms we had to pass though a shared kitchen and its cooking smells, also the sofa in this room was dirty. Compared to similar or cheaper priced accommodation in Tuscany this Lazio property did not compare at all. A very disappointing stay.

The location was perfect, right in town, close to restaurants. The host greeted is in person, explained all about locks and facilities and was very responsive. An issue with hot water (another guest accidentally turned the heater off) was resolved within 15min even though the host does not live on the premises.

If you have problems with steep stairs - this is not a place for you.

The studio is decorated nicely, with the kicten, table, chairs and a sofa. Bath room is full equipped with shampoo and bath gel.

The place has kicten but without oil, salt and any seasonings. Chairs and the bed are bit loosen. Gas heater is near and above the bed, which makes noise and is quit annoying when you're sleeping.

The room was nice and clean. There is even a communal kitchen for use.

Window insulation virtually non-existent, therefore you can hear the street (people and cars) loudly in the room.
