The price was great, and the rooms were super clean!

The beds need to be replaced.

The room was comfortable and clean. The host was communicative and checking in was easy. The kitchen was clean and useful. It was conveniently located near the Via Francigena route.

There was a lot of noise in the street all night long, including loud conversations, idling cars and a street sweeper.

Clean, nice rooms, en-suite bath.

Nothing.

good kitchen and bathroom and central location

the bed had collapsed in the middle leading. also and equally important the bed did not appear to have had new sheets. the sheets were crumpled and creased. the tissue left under the pillow was clear evidence of not being cleaned at all. however, we were so tired that we did not report this problem as we needed to recover from our day of walking.

Everything I needed, and nothing I didn’t need, just right!
