The staff was friendly and make you feel safe

I knew not to expect much for $31 US but let the guest know when handing them to remotes that they need one to operate the heater as I declined them wasn’t interested in tv. Office was closed at 5am so no coffee headed back to room to shower and NO hot water it was 39f in Monterrey that morning. Got taxi and headed to airport for coffee while rumpled and grumpy

es tranquilo, en la mañana del dia siguiente tarde un rato en encontrar donde estaba el guardia para entregar la habitacion ya que la recepcion estaba cerrada y no habia un letrero de donde estaba el guardia, la cobija tenia un olor muy desagradable dormi sin usar la cobija, la cortina no servia.

NO CREAS NADA... NO TE REGRESAN TU DINERO... SON UN FRAUDE.!!!! Fue un asco... Es mentira todo lo que se dice para vender estadias.. El lugar escondido. Demasiado inseguro... Llegue y no estaba mi reservación.. No me hospedaron... Fue un fraude.. No existe una recepción... Nadie te atiende mas que la señora de lavanderia.

El lugar esta completamente a Oscuras, no tienen ni siquiera un anuncio con el nombre del hotel, las fotos que aparecen en expedia no coinciden con lo que ofrecen, parece que el hotel esta en obra negra y aun no terminan porque hay materiales por todos lados, da una sensación de inseguridad muy grande!

Cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no estaba en servicio

Was the worst experience in my life. The place doesn´t look at all like the pictures showed. It was horrible place, there was no receptionist for nearly an hour since we arrived. The reception was a disaster, when the woman arrived, she gave us the tv remote, but actually, there was no Tv!. There was broken glasses, debris everywhare, not working furniture, workers right behind the window making annoying noises.... Finally we didn´t cheked in, there was no waranties my thing would be ok at that disgusting place. And definelly i want my money back, please take a look at the pictures.

Se asimila a un motel de paso. Es bastante sucio, había cucarachas en las habitaciones, las fotos del anuncio para nasa reflejan la terrible realidad, la atención del personal deja mucho que desear.
