Ecohabit Monterrey

For the cost it was a budget buy although the property was somewhat hidden and it was difficult to get Uber to come pick me up at 5:30 am to take me to the airport. The room had a strange unpleasant order near the headboard and the shower was not all that clean. I would not recommend this place for a comfort stay!

Good location at around 5 or 6 minutes away from the airport. overall good enough for the price.

The room was very small no desk lamps there was a sewer gas Oder in the room most of the time no close restaurants and no one delivered to that area could not even get a cup of coffee I had to rent a car so could at least get food and coffee

I sent my girlfriend with instructions to request airport shuttle service at 4 a.m. I understood this was included. But the lady at the counter was rude to her and told her she had to call in and she could not provide the service. She would not even call her a cab, she had to manage that herself. They would not have done this to me, but she is so nice any half with employee can bully her and she will put up with it. BUT this is no excuse at all. I will never book this hotel again.

This is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived past 1am because our flight was at 6am and we only wanted to shower before flying out. Well, the restroom was taken over by 2 giant cockroaches (BTW I’m terrified by them).

They never got asked for a ID to check in or to checkout. I didn’t feel safe at all.

I booked this to avoid sleeping at the airport and it was very well located. It’s hidden behind a couple of buildings and a gate. The staff didn’t answer any of my calls and there’s fine print (I saw after booking) that they aren’t available after 11pm. I luckily had an Uber driver honk enough times and a couple of guys came out. It served its purpose, it was clean but I wouldn’t stay here longer than that. The pillows aren’t real pillows, take your own blankets because there’s only a thin sheet, you get full size towels and a couple bars of small soap. There are only 3 outlets in the room, but again i only needed to sleep a few hours. There is a service that will pickup/drop off from airport. I HIGHLY recommend organizing the pickup considering Ubers can’t pick up from the airport due to federal zoning. An Uber back to the airport at 5am ran me ~70 pesos. Their shuttle service would’ve been 150

Close to the airport and cheap! Got there late at night (past midnight) but I was able to call and get in just fine. The parking lot is gated which made me feel more comfortable about my rental car. Would stay again for a night if arriving late into Monterrey's airport.
