服務品質差， 1. 風味餐廳管理不好，我們是房費含晚餐套餐，可以去里拉自助餐但我們選擇中式，，結果很後悔選中式餐廳，菜色只有路邊攤水準而且沒有吃飽。 2. 電話餐廳訂位二次，一次到場說沒有訂位紀錄，，一次說電話取消，傻眼。管理差。

房間還不錯，打掃的房務人員也很好。 Check in的櫃檯人員很多東西沒介紹到，包括園區內游船、用餐都是要刷房卡，退房時可以播0請人幫忙拿行李跟載我們去停車場...這些都是剛好隔壁有另一組遊客再辦入住時，我們才有聽到。 餐點很不好吃，晚餐建議去外面吃。
