AUClosest to all food and amenities in the area. The Ocean View on the 27th floor is absolutely exceptional.
Just required some minor maintenance to shower rose off the wall, draws falling and not sliding, no security box available for valuables, needs extra hangers in bathroom and wardrobe. Apart from that. Excellent place for family.

Checking in was a nightmare. After receiving an email the previous days asking us what time will we be arriving. I responded by saying 12pm. We actually arrived at 1pm. After waiting patently in line as the check-in was very busy. I was about to be served and a group of 4 Vietnamese pushed in and proceeded to check in. The staff saw this and did absolutely nothing about it and continued with this groups check-in. When I finally managed to get to the desk a was abruptly informed that the room is not ready and I will have to wait. I tried explaining to this team member about the email I received about check-in to no avail. I then asked the person next to him and they made 1 phone call and like magic we had the key 5 minutes later. Secondly when we arrived at the underground car park my wife spoke in Vietnamese to the parking attendant that we were checking into the hotel and would need a 24 hour pass. When try to exit 2 hours latter we were told we only had a single entry pass and need to pay every time. After arguing for 15 minutes with this attendant nothing was resolved. And finally after purchasing tickets for the rooftop pool the employee who we bought the tickets from was walking us around to the lifts and another guest stopped her and asked her a question. She told us to wait here for a minute. Ok so 5 minutes later and no idea where she had gone I went back to the desk to enquire and here she was just sitting down having a chat with another employee. She had forgotten about us. I did not expect this type of service from a hotel like this. So when we returned to Nha Trang a few weeks later we did not book this hotel because of the staff here. Honestly it was a great room but the way we were treated by 3 different staff members was a big disappointment.
