Rooms are amazing, and the facilities in general were great. Rooftop pool is worth the admission, though the water was a bit cold! Concierge/staff were super helpful with organising mud baths, airport transfers, etc.

Buffet breakfast was a bit average. The music from the rooftop was EXCESSIVE - you could hear the bass in your room with the door closed, and apparently there weren't that many patrons up there. I did pay for a room with a balcony with outdoor furniture, and got a sliver of a Juliet balcony without furniture (as there was no balcony).

mai Linh was an English speaking person who went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well! she helped me to understand very clearly what the process was and what the deposits were for. when I wanted to extend the stay she came up to the hotel room so we didn’t have to come down. my fiancé enjoyed the amazingly gorgeous sea view which was unlike anything we had both seen. such a great experience and we will go again when we visit Vietnam next.

It was a best place to stay in Nha Trang city within my budget. Good location, right at the leisure street. Many places to eat,just walking 100m. Very clean, comfortable sofa, bed linens
