The Outpost

When I booked this I had no idea there was no private bathroom. It cost way too much money!

My check in was Sept 25 but I did not receive code for my room. When I called, I was told that my check in date was Sept 26. I double checked my Travelocity confirmation- it was Sept 25. I’m guessing the date was keyed in incorrectly to Outpost system. Coffee machine in common area not working- needs to be descaled. Guests speaking loudly in common area just down hall from my room. I had to ask them to lower voices at 1:30 am.

Thank you! Everything was great except being awoken by someone's loud phone conversation in the lobby at 5am. But I know you can't put a muzzle on rude guests so I don't think there was anything you could do to improve!

I appreciated the ease of checking in. The lamp in my room did not work. The property is clean just noisy. Heard a man coughing and a TV playing most of the night. I could hear other guests talking down the hall. It would be helpful to have instructions on how the monitor works in the room to watch television. The room I stayed in had no exterior windows.

Friendly staff, clean room, great value for money

Great communication from hotel and information provided for transpo, local info etc, rate was fair for the room provided and was an awesome option for our needs.

Pros: The staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. Parking was easy as there was plenty across the street. The lobby had a lot of beautiful plants. Cons: The noise INSIDE the hotel! There isnt any carpet, so the noise travels very well. People were constantly going in and out of their rooms all night and it sounded like their doors would slam every time. The microwave in the kitchen down the hall was being used all night and into the morning. Every time the microwave went off, the noise traveled down the hall and it was as if an alarm was going off inside my room. There wasn't a fan or ac unit in the room to drown out any noise. Also, because there wasn't a fan or anything, it was so hot at night. I travel all the time and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Just due to the fact i wasn't able to sleep AT ALL because of the noise. I can usually sleep through quite a bit, but this was ridiculous.

Great location close to the airport, easy check in and out and great communication by the desk staff. The room and bathrooms were clean and just what we needed for a late arrival and early out. The walls are thin so it can be noisy with people walking in the hall, but nothing crazy. Would stay here again! Recommend if needing a quick place to rest.

We loved the very friendly staff. Although the room is very small and the restrooms and showers are separate outside the room, it is clean and the bed is comfy.

Room temp was too warm, there was no end table or anywhere to lay out your belongings, there was only 1 extra plug in the room which wasn’t anywhere near the bed. Listing didn’t relay information in a prominent place that there was no private bathroom and said breakfast and tea were included but they weren’t provided. Also, you could hear through the walls and the opening and closing of doors was extremely loud. Will never go back here.
