The Outpost

LOUD. The price point and cleanliness are great but sadly the doors are incredibly noisy. You can hear every door in the establishment when any of them opens and shuts. The bathroom is communal so you can hear people open and shut the door to the bathroom continuously. If sleep is a priority for you choose another motel. There was also a drunken individual singing loudly throughout the establishment. It required a text to the on-duty staff to resolve it which thankfully was addressed promptly. Even though check out was at 11am, we ended up leaving at 4am because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. I’m sure the manager/owner is lovely but the establishment is simply too loud.

The Outpost was close to the airport and affordable. The room was comfy and I enjoyed my stay. The host commuicated well and I felt welcome.

Well kept, easy access if your arrival is late.

This hotel is phenomenal. I originally didn’t look too much into this hotel because the reviews were a little lower but as I started reading the reviews most people complained that there are no in-room bathrooms. I cannot understand why that would affect their review since it’s clearly listed on their website and every where. So based on someone’s inability to read, the hotel suffers from poor reviews. I cannot rave about this place enough. The check in process is simple and allows you to get there anytime, check in and enjoy the property. There are two common rooms with gorgeous furniture and TVs to sit and relax outside of your room. The rooms have some of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in, with high quality linens and these amazing pillows. The building is locked and you’re provided a door code to enter which adds a layer of security you don’t get at a traditional hotel. The property is clean and well maintained. The owner is so kind and accommodating. I truly loved this stay so much that I told my spouse, we need to find reasons to come back to Belgrade/bozeman to stay here again. Thank you to Amarilis and The Outpost for a one of a kind experience.

Very easy to check in; perfect location for staying in Belgrade. The rooms were simple but clean. Maybe not ideal for a romantic getaway, but ideal for a fishing/hunting/business trip.

Self check in, easy instructions, and comfortable bedding. I don’t mind having dorm style communal bathrooms and showers, at least they’re upkept nicely. Great place to stay for the value and location.

The best micro hotel in Montana!!

I have state at the Outpost several times and have always enjoyed it. Typically it’s quiet and the price snd location are great. I’ll be staying there again next time I’m in town.

Easy access and served our needs for a quick overnight stay!

Room was extremely hot. No apparent way to cool down. TV was a mystery. Used the end lounge for writing/reporting; it was a business trip. Price was right.
