The hotel in and of itself is beautiful and the staff makes your stay even better. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The Bernards Inn was amazing. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They greeted me by name with every encounter. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful, elegant and clean. The food is delicioulsy prepared. I ate at the hotel for every meal and each meal was better than the next. I can not speak more highly of this hotel. I travel for a living and this is by far one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here before. Food and staff are wonderful. Rooms are beautiful. Only issue we had was there was no cable TV and no internet access in our room so we just went out!

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The hotel and restaurant staff were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is absolutely one of the best in any hotel. The only negative was that all rooms are on the second and third floor and there is no elevator, which is difficult if you have a disability.

We loved it! The service and accommodations were first class and the beautifully appointed rooms were stunning.

Went for an overnight to be ready for a nearby horse show. Found the hotel and the hotel staff 100% enjoyable right down to the little details and I am picky. Yes, paid up a little, but I wanted no issues as can be found at less expensive hotels. Definitely recommend.

I am leaving Nj for a new home in another state and wanted a special place to stay that offered great service, food and tranquility. I am delighted to say Bernard's Inn turned out to be one of my best memories of NJ in the past 16 years. Staff within a couple days referenced me by name and was always able to attend to the smallest request. Thanks for making my stay a most pleasant event.

Very quaint, but very small rooms. No elevator. Fantastic restaurant and beautiful lobby.

Absolutely wonderful! Clean. They left delicious chocolate chip cookies in our room. They were the most delicious cookies I gave had! Really I mean it. The hotel is very classy. A delight.

This is a beautiful hotel with nice old fashioned personality, an excellent staff and a fabulous restaurant on site. My colleagues and I stayed here for business nearby. It is more of a wedding hotel but they were very accommodating. Their business center is small but they didn't charge us to print a document with their old (think slow) printer so that was nice that they didn't charge. The facility is beautiful in an old fashioned way and the staff were super helpful. There is no elevator to the upper floors so that's nice to know if steps are a problem. I was fine with that but others might have issues. I really liked the quaintness of this hotel and would stay there again if I go back to this area for business. It looks like they do a lot of weddings here and I would think this would be a very nice location for a wedding! There were families staying there while we were there and it was quiet and a cozy almost homelike setting in the rooms.
