Apple House Truganina

I liked the huge room and en-suite and great king size mattress. it’s a very quiet location and fairly close to shops. I liked St Michael on the wall inside the front door.

I think the front yard needs some attention I was not sure if it was the right place when we pulled up in the car. A house name would be good. Probably need to check power point in en-suite

It was like staying at a friend's house - felt like a home away from home. The house itself is huge, and the room was very big as well. The bed was very comfy. It was a great overnight stop; a very nice rest after a long trip. Check-in instructions were very clear.

The free upgrade

Noisy at all hours. Doors slamming and loud talking early hours of the morning. About 4am

The staff ignored my calls and texts to arrange a refund of my security deposit. Only replying twice. They said they would arrange the refund my 5pm on Tuesday, I messaged them on Friday and the apologised the refunded immediately. Disappointing service.
