Towels are very dirty😡only 2 bath towels 1 hand towel for 2 days and no face washer no soap 😡inside our room it was a big black spider also the owner or who ever lived in a house he was so noisy talk louder on phone all the time day and late night and early in morning We was so angry no room service in the kitchen the microwave is very dirty too 😥😡soons we enter our room the air condition off straight away all night and all day this is our first time staying in a property it was a worst I wasn’t felling safe to stay in there so frustrated 😡😡

There was no breakfast on offer

The room had no private bathroom. Hygiene was not assured. Privacy was lacking. Booking.com did not disclose the lack of private bathroom. This accommodation should not be classified as a hotel.

Big room.

Booked for the people but only got enough bed space for two so had to buy a second room to accommodate our third person. Property owners misrepresented their rooms. Very noisy ducted heating.
