After paying for the hotel on the booking website, they informed me that they only accept cash payments. They don't speak English, there's no one at the reception, and when you notify them of your arrival time, they don't care—no one will check you in. It seems these people don't even understand how booking systems work. They come up with all sorts of excuses. I highly do not recommend this hotel. The owner didn't even check me into the room I had paid for, and now I'm wasting my time trying to get my money back! Total scam.

Pubic hair on the wall in the shower. Light over the bed didn't work or not clear where the switch is. WiFi on TV, but not on a piece of paper (booklet, prospect, card, etc) on a table. I don't really watch so it was not my first place to look at. WiFi under 4mbps!!! Ideally I want 50Mbps, but wouldn't complain if it was 25, but 4.5mbps is unacceptable.

The hotel was cheap. The room had beds, four walls and a ceiling.

No one was there to do check in. The person on the phone didn't have strong English. The person on the phone directed us to room 10. There was already a man in room 10. We were then directed to room 18 which hadn't been cleaned and reeked of smoke. The only room left was 17 which was a double. We had booked a twin as we are two 6'2" males that are not in a relationship.

Rooms were clean, toilets ok.

We booked two twin rooms and were given two double rooms which led to a very uncomfortable and awkward experience. We had selected check in at 2pm, nobody was there and it took us 1 hour to connect with the phone number they provide. Said breakfast was included yet when we turned up they turned us away. Due to the late check in we missed a booking at a bar for football and lost a 100 euro deposit. Would not recommend to stay here, poor location and extremely poor service.
