I was not able to see Heating systen in my room (Heizung).

Friendly and always reachable staff

Very small compared to to the shared picture , tiles in the bathroom was broken

The receptionist didn’t pay any attention on the time i had arrived , she was busy on a video call

friendly staff and helpful with finding the hotel, clean bathroom and bed, a lot of space, all necessities in bathroom, nice hot shower, beds comfortable

Could be improved in cleanliness (under the beds), floor mats for bathroom, and the room could be made to look nicer just with small changes.

The rooms need air change. Keep the window open for fresh air.

I'm a side sleeper and one pillow hurt my shoulder

First time I loved it. Second time not a good room. No internet connection
