Malolo Island Resort

The best. Staff are friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond. Our time was amazing. Food was great!

We did like our stay once we were moved rooms as there were workman working very close to our first room. Place is outdated and needs upgrading. Did have small out door table fall apart. Food was very expensive. Has a nice beach and was happy to be able to hook a fish while on a fishing trip.

Very rarely will I gave a resort a perfect 10/10 for every area. We had a blast. We can't wait to go back again next year.

We originally only planned to be at this resort for 2 days because my partner is more accustomed to 5 star hotels. However, after being here for 2hrs, she asked me to cancel our booking at a neighboring 5 star resort and extend our time here. Malolo Island Resort is absolutely stunning, the reef right out the front of the resort is great for snorkeling, the rooms are great and the food is the best we’ve had in Fiji. As per other reviews, the staff make Malolo the special place that it is. We will be back!

Staff was by far the resorts major asset. Idyllic with a host of aquatic activities. Has a big attraction to young families which dissent become clear on the advertising. Some effort should be made to separate families with kids from those who don’t. Wouldn’t take much and the outcome would be helpful particularly for those without young kids. Food is nice but expensive, and there is no snack or small cafe style eating. This addition would add another welcomed dimension.

Our Fijian Family Christmas Vacation 2021 at the Malolo Island Resort - best ever and whole heartedly recommend! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay complete with tons of fun activities or relaxing beachside lounge chairs and hammocks to sway in. Great food and drinks too. Everyone there was beyond exceptional, genuinely kind and incredible service. It’s amazing, you should go and won’t be disappointed.

The location is amazing and the relaxed feel of the resort is very soothing. People are genuinely cordial and helpful, what makes you stay outstanding. The room and amenities are in very good shape. Being a locally owned resort it is very Fiji authentic.

Love Malolo, we celebrated our 30th anniversary in Malolo Island Resort and so glad we did !! They made us felt so special !! Really enjoyed our stunning & very clean accomodation (The honeymoon/Romantic Bangalow) The friendliest staff & top service and had our best snorkeling experience on Malolo Island Resort Beach and beautiful food. Love Love Love.

Our third visit to this property - we have been with our kids at various ages (6 and 11, 8 and 12, and 12 and 16 year old). We love exploring the reef right off the beach and it’s wonderful it has been declared a marine sanctuary. But by far the thing we love at this resort is the staff - they are so warm and welcoming and make us feel like we are in our second home. Plenty of water activities from snorkeling, non and motorised water sports and opportunities to go for various tours. At each visit we have had a wonderful holiday.
