Everything was perfect kind staff Meet kept the room. Nice and clean. Rooms are clean. Good breakfast breakfast girl awesome. Just a shuttle driver needs to be replaced.

Friendly staff and the complimentary shuttle driver was very accomodating and very friendly. The shuttle was definetly a plus for this hotel. Breakfast was adequate.

We arrived at 4:00 pm (check in was published as 3:00pm) Our room was not ready and we were then told we would be upgraded to a king suite. It was also explained that we would not be charged for this upgrade. The room was located in an adjacent building and the main door into the building was broken and had to be wedged open as room key would not work. (this door was left like this all night) Room appeared to be a former office that was converted with a bed and dresser. Bare floors, very dark and bathroom needed an upgrade with its dingy shower curtain. Our friends paid the same as us and had a lovely room located in the main building.

Very close to the track and lake. The kids liked the pool.

Property seems nice but the rooms were not cleaned well and the bathroom door had a hole in it. The beds were so uncomfortable.

Provide a shuttle to SPAC.

Breakfast was good, clean well maintained, and pretty much what I expected.

The front desk could have been better, it was very lackadaisical, had a couple questions to front desk girl acted like she doesn’t really care. I’ll get on that was her answer. you need a new shuttle bus when we arrived. It had a flat tire we couldn’t use it. It was a Monday. They said it would be fixed on a Wednesday. They told us if the concert didn’t get canceled. It probably would’ve been fixed Monday they were working on it Tuesday. It was available on Wednesday. we used it to take it to the racetrack. The driver was very helpful. Very nice again. They need a new shuttle van, But that was a nice feature to have ,when we called to get picked up. I had to call three times. The phone was ringing like 20 to 30 times before someone finally picked up on the third time another driver picked us up very nice very helpful and even he convened that the desk is very inconsistent with their phone calls.Room service was good to the point that we had to point out that we didn’t get a new bar soap or shower soap. We saw them in the hallway and they were very accommodating to help us out again lack of communication with front desk. it was also nice to have a pool even though we didn’t use it. It was a nice feature to have and it was clean.
