Food only provided till 12am. Not convenient for business traveller who arrived hotel after 12am.

5성급 호텔로 숙박하기 좋은 곳임. 항주시내가 아닌 신도시에 위치해서 주변 인프라는 미성숙된곳임. 신도시로 향후 주변인프라가 완성되면, 좋을듯....항주공항을 이용하실분은 적극 추천합니다

Clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

我入住此洒店數天，發現其中有房間的網綫不能用。而地氈更有凸起來的狀況，轉房后都有同樣情況，如此會對客人做成不必要的危機！需多加留意！

差勁的網路

wifi is really no good, need alot of funny registration and yet do not get connection at room for computer and phone.

Good stay but the room wifi signal was very weak, however the hotel sent over a router and installed in my room, problem solved.

The wifi was very poor and worse that NOONE understood or talked english. I almost missed my flight. I had asked for a taxi to the airport at 7.15, but they couldn't even to that right and thought I needed it for 9...... Not a hotel for foreigners

가격 대비 괜찮은 편이나 직원들 숙련도가 떨어지고 아침 식사는 별로임 실제로 우리팀 예약이 안되어 있다고해서 약30분 이상 지체되었고(예약 번호랑 파우처를 보여 주었음에도) 확인 후에는 요금은 지불 되었냐고 물어서 어이없었고 우리 옆에서 한 손님이 항의하다 화내면서 직원에게 휴대폰을 던지는 일도있었음 우릴 마중나온 라이온스 절강성 총재도 나를 보면서 미안하다고 할 정도
