I will never return under no circumstance. The hotel is no where near the photos that are posted.

This property has changed so much over the years and now caters for only one nationality unfortunately I found the guest to be rude arrogant and downright disrespectful

The best part of the Hotel is its location. Very handy for walking or taking Baht Buses. The pool is pretty good too. The hotel itself is starting to show its age. Lots of English and Sports Channels on the TV if you are spending much time in your room. The staff were quite helpful when needed.

The Mercure is very centrally located to all shopping streets & 10 min walk to the beach. All tours pick up from the hotel with great parking available. It is a little aged now but still provides a great pool however the deck chairs become limited throughout the day. Breakfast has a great variety for all tastes. The bar prices are, as expected for a hotel, quite expensive so we just went off sight to have a few ales. Overall very good stay & would stay again.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Breakfast was plentyful. Hotel staff were lovely. Only downside was the pool. There wasnt enough sunbeds. And the germans were reserving beds witb towels from 2.30am. So unless you set ypur alarm you couldnt get a sunbed. Could easily be resolved by the hotel adding at least another 50 sunbeds which would easily fit around the lovely pool area. Also the cleaning staff often didnt get around to cleaning my room until late afternoon so often had to wait for clean towels.

They charge 500 bhat for a dog stay per night, thats too expensive, an everage room in pattaya is 500 for person, hotels.com should inform about these extra charges..

The property pool areas are nice but it is a little dated and overrun with tour busses filled with tourists which overcrowded the property and makes finding a table and food at breakfast extremely difficult- pool area was nice

A comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, pubs, shops etc. The pool is lovely. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that.
