الاستقبال وخصوصا مستر طلعت مستوي النظافة في كل مكان كان رائع جدا والهاوس كيبر في الغرف متعاون جدا . الاكوا وحمامات السباحة كويسة جدا واللايف جارد متواجد دايما الملاهي كانت لذيذة جدا مستوي الاكل كان كويس بنسبة كبيرة من حيث التنوع والطعم وخصوصا المخبوزات

للاسف التقييم الشامل للاجازة سئ

بالنسبالي التقييم بيكون بناء علي مشكلة او موقف حصل وطريقة حله للاسف الstaff معظمه سئ جدا وغير مدرب بيشتغلو 14 ساعه في اليوم فللاسف مش طايقين نفسهم وتحسهم واخدين تعليمات بطريقة تعامل سيئة مع المصريين طبعا انا بتكلم في حالة حصل مشكلة او موقف لانك لو متحطتش في موقف هتلاقي الامور تمام الاكل مبيتغيرش لمدة 6 ايام ومفيش اصلا اكل مصري ولو حتي يوم في الاسبوع مفيش اي اجواء علي حمامات السباحه الا واحد بس الحفلات مفيهاش اي تجديد ومفيهاش اي حاجه عربي او مصري نصيحه فيه فنادق كتيييير احسن من ده وممكن تبقي قيمه مقابل سعر افضل بكتير للاسف تجربة مش هتتكرر تاني.

"Excited to go again in January."

It was a very good hotel with friendly staff especially pizza chef mostafa Atef and mr ahmed sultan manager of restaurant and receptionist mr talat, I love this hotel and will go again,

Maybe the system of the payment , why hold money as I already done for full booking , it was disappointing, as they are make a mistake and tell now still money hold , that make me upset , and booking didn’t solve it ..

La propreté et le personnel qui est très aimable

La nourriture toujours la même ressemblant à une cantine , les hôtels sont surchargé de monde et surtout l’établissement ne donne pas d’accès à la mer
