"Great for kids and families"

A great place for kids and families, lots of entertainment options for kids including several aqua parks and an amusement park. They also offer several restaurants with good quality food including an evening open buffet just for desserts which was great.

The check in experience was poor, it took a long time for the room to be ready and the reception staff seemed confused about how to allocate appropriate rooms for us. They need to improve this as it was the main downside of out sta.
