everything: 1- staff was professional, polite and everywhere 2- reception team, guest relations were very responsive 3- 3 large swimming pool, that are clean, it feel spacious, despite the resort was almost full 4- the restaurant is very good, high quality, good taste, and restaurant staff was very nice and helpful and immediately available. 5- bars were full of non alcoholic drinks and always have space except when there was an important match. 6- beach is large and clean and disconnected from the sea, so no risk of large fishes 7- rooms were clean and mini bar is filled daily and upon request 8- Fattosh restaurant was a surprise for me

nothing for the resort itself. only the French restaurant was not good, most of dishes with alcohol and desserts are no way French

even after all improvements its still not a good hotel food is not good.Staff well if you tip them they come to you if your new to it and dont tip forget getting a drink you'll have to get it yourself and even when you do tip thats just for 1 drink they do tend to forget you.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They really want the guest to have the best experience. The sea view from our balcony was amazing.
