La lagune, les shows le soir (super), les chambres (celles qui sont deja rénovées), le bâtiment abec la réception (tres joliment rénové), les piscines et aquapark

Le staff pas toujours très cordial (au restaurant principal, à l'arrivée à la reception), peu à voir dans la mer juste au bord de la plage/ponton, les terrains de tennis/multisport étaient en travaux, très peu clair ce que le all-inclusive comprend.

Desert Rose Hurghada has some very good points, especially the renovated areas. The renovated rooms were excellent, modern boho style, and very comfortable. We also really liked the beach bar and the overall atmosphere there. However, not all parts of the hotel are renovated yet, and some areas still feel quite old.

The biggest disappointment was the renovated pool, called Zaitouna Pool. We were traveling with kids, but unfortunately children were not allowed to enter because it is adults-only. That left us with only the older pool option, which we did not enjoy at all. Because of this, I would not really recommend the hotel for families with children.

Resort molto bello e curato con giardini meravigliosi. Camere Premium confortevoli e spaziose. Tra la spiaggia e le numerose piscine c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su dove stare a godersi il sole. Diversi ristoranti a disposizione con cibo di ottima qualita'.

Peccato per i lavori in corso nel bar principale perche' di conseguenza gli altri sono risultati spesso troppo affollati, vista la grande quantita' di persone presenti nella struttura e' stato spesso difficile trovare posto per sedersi.

First the renovation they did is really good! Someone did amazing job there. Get the Deluxe room guys, its really worth it. For the price is the best value. Huge brand new LG TV if you like to connect your own media to it. The Zaitouna bar and pool as well, really cosy and modern. The lagoon beach is also pretty nice with Bella Vista bar with nice view. The cleaning is great as well, the guys were just fantastic! A tip - request a quiet room when you book, our was perfect, but no all areas are like that.

There are few things that are annoying, they would not ruin your holiday, but stil worth to mentionl. For some reason they dont give ANYWHERE paper napkins/tissues, not even in their fanciest restaurant. You have to ask every time for them. The pop up ad guys on the beach are really disturbing. Like 10 times per day they come again and again. The food is average at maximum. You should definitely get the Ultra All inclusive for breakfast at Del Mar restaurant and more visits at the al a cart.
