Konaklamamız boyunca her şeyden son derece memnun kaldık. Otelin temizliği, çalışanların ilgisi ve güler yüzü, yemekler ve genel hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Kendimizi çok rahat ve özel hissettik. Ayrıca animasyon showları ve etkinlikleri o kadar fazla ki hangisine katılsak diye karasız kaldığımız zamanlar oldu. Güzel ve unutulmaz bir tatil geçirmemizi sağlayan tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz.

The sea was outstanding. The cleanness, the facilities, the room, even the toilets outside was amazing. I have never seen a toilet that seem better than most of the hotels room. Don’t forget the pools. All of them were beautiful.

The food was ridiculously bad for a hotel that is so beautiful. They need a good chef. Then they sell orange juice even for the all included guests. And they don’t have any other fresh juice. You cannot buy even a simple smoothie. It’s a shame.

Weve been staying here for years and wouldnt go to any other hotel when visiting Hurghada,we did first of all when we first came to Hurghada for 4 visits and then once we found the rose we knew it was the hotel for us.Weve had so many visits here we lost count after our 30th.So what keeps us returning you may ask? Well for 1 the resort is huge so you can always find somewhere to either be alone or to be in the mix with other guests that we have met over the years,there is always some activity going on somewhere so you couldnt possibly get bored.We have watched the resort evolve over the years into a ultra modern playground and it still isnt finished yet and its amazing how they can balance the ambience between adult only sections and family so well.Over half of the 1000+ rooms have now been completely renovated and redesigned to a very high standard.The food in the buffet while not being best in Hurghada is non repetetive and no one could ever come away from this hotel saying they are hungry.The A La Cartes are a different story though and some of the best weve dined in and weve eaten all over the world.The staff are probably the most hospitable we have ever come across anywhere in the world and you will hear most repeater guests say is what keeps them returning,this statement we did used to agree with and still do but also now it is a resort with something really special going on in its modernisation and we cant wait to see it when its finally finished

Beach is exceptional, room interior design, the staff specially Mr Milad the restaurants GM.

The smell of the dishes, no variety of eastern food.

La suite deluxe, le mini bar et la machine à café dans sla chambre. L'offre ultra all-inclusive avec les lessives comprises, la shisha et les cocktails premium.

L'offre de restauration à peaufiner, le monde au restaurant palm et l'insonorisation des salles de restaurant au palm. L'insonorisation de la suite moyenne vis à vis de la musique au bar le Tropicana.
