Certains endroit et chambres sont rénovées et donne un aspect luxueux.

En revanche, le coin cuisine on dirait une cantine, la qualité des repas n’est pas au top ils visent je pense la quantité à la qualité/ si on veut un jus frais c’est payant… Wifi compliqué Nous avons donc changé d’hôtel, la prestation ne valait pas son prix.

Well, where do I start,right here I go,on arrival greeted by the reception staff, very efficient and no hassle (unlike on arrival at a couple of other hurghada hotels) on the quick check in ,offered a tasty welcome drink,the porter loaded a club car with our luggage and took us both directly to our room,we were allocated a ground floor near the front entrance on block 6000,on opening the door we were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit and a plate of cakes,on opening the fridge we were surprised to see some milk,fruit juices and a couple of beers (which were soon drunk) .After a good night's sleep we ventured to the restaurant called The Palm for a breakfast and I must say a fantastic variety of choices, the waiting on staff were absolutely professional 👌 and couldn't do enough for you.As the week went on we found every member of staff inc the gardeners such hard working always smiling,and always a 👋 helo when passing,needless to say we will definitely be back very soon (we think ,no we know we have found the perfect hotel in Desert Rose to make it a regular vacation,many thanks to every single member of staff for our vacation.SEE YOU ALL SOON

I had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The entertainment team did an excellent job and made every day enjoyable and memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the interior design was beautiful and well maintained. Most importantly, all the staff members were polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Special thanks to Mr. Milad, the Restaurant Manager, and his entire team for their exceptional service and dedication to ensuring every dining experience was enjoyable. I would also like to thank Lucia from Guest Relations for her kindness, and professionalism throughout my stay. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

Nothing everything was amazing

What an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything at Desert Rose was simply wonderful. The hotel is beautiful in every sense of the word. The rooms, pools, beach, gardens, flowers, and even the smallest details around the resort are so well maintained and create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to admire. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and a special thank you to Mr. Milad at the buffet for his kindness and professionalism. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Amr from customer relations for his helpfulness, and genuine care. Also special thanks to Ahmed Zain at the reception for his warm welcoming and friendliness and the amazing Mohamed abd el kader at the lobby bar . A huge shoutout as well to the animation team, who brought so much energy and fun to the resort. The daily evening shows were exceptional. What impressed us most was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, smiling, and always willing to help. It's clear that everyone works hard to make guests happy. Desert Rose is one of those places where everything comes together perfectly; the location, the beach, the pools, the food, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the people. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you to the entire Desert Rose team for such a fantastic stay :)

It was a great experience, everyone there is helpful , many many activities , very clean ,very organised, Everything in the photos displayed on Booking.com is exactly as it appears in reality, or even much more beautiful. I will definitely go again The all-inclusive package is truly comprehensive, including six meals spread throughout the day, drinks and snacks throughout the resort, cocktails, juices, and ice cream

TOUT. Cadre magnifique, décoration divine au goût du jour, plage privative avec le bar au bout exceptionnel. Le personnel étais très agréable. La chambre toujours propre. Le décor étais très déplaisant.

Malheureusement comme beaucoup d’endroit la règle de ne pas réservé les transat quand on y est pas n’est pas respecté. Forte odeur des grillade du restaurant à la piscine 12 ans et plus.
