Desert Rose

Everything exceeded our expectations. First of all, the reception was outstanding. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mahmoud at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks also go to Mr. Ahmed, the Front Office Manager, for his warm welcome and prompt assistance in addressing all our requests. I would also like to thank Samar from the Guest Relations team. She was always cheerful, welcoming, and had a wonderful smile that made us feel valued. My appreciation also goes to Mr. Romany Adel, the Restaurant Manager, for helping us arrange our dinner reservation and for his genuine care and attention to our experience. Every member of the hotel staff was exceptional. I cannot adequately describe how clean the hotel was, nor how beautiful, modern, and comfortable the rooms were. I was also highly impressed by the entertainment program; we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Finally, the swimming pools and beach area were beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this hotel and can confidently say that this will not be our last visit. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. You were truly amazing and made us very happy.🤗🫶

The food, variety and different restaurants The service was top, special thanks to Amr at reception, Ramzy Abdeen at the beach bar and Ahmed (manager of food and beverage). The beach couldn’t be better Everything was perfect, much recommended

J’ai beaucoup la beauté de cette hôtel avec le charme qu’ils ont rénové et l’énergie qui portent surtout côté mère avec le bar , beaucoup des activités et de belles Restaurant à la Carte j’ai bien précisé que je remercie surtout au Restaurant quand on était servi par Ahmed qui était très gentil et très serviable.!

J’ai pas aimé le salon de coiffure parce que je l’impression que ils arnaquent les gens et aussi des personnes qui vont trouver des clients pour leur Salon coiffure, je trouve ça un peu trop

الأشجار والزهور جميلة جدا

النت سيء جدا ويفصل كل شوية لايوجد مصاصات( straw) تقريبا في كل الفندق مع المشروبات العصاير الطبيعية والقهوة التركي غير مشمولة مع انه غير مذكور ذلك ساحات الفندق شبه مظلمة بالليل الاستقبال نوعا ما جيد لكن ليس محترف غير مسموح اللعب بالكرة بالمسابح المطعم الرئيسي مكتظ وغير مريح وهو الوحيد المتاح مباشرة 4 مطاعم تحتاج حجز مسبق قبل 3 ايام !! الألعاب المائية غير جيدة و محدودة الاكل مستواه جيد

‏كل شيء كان جميل ومنظم إدارة هائلة من الفندق ، ديكوريشن رائع ‏النباتات والأشجار والأزهار يعطيك طابع جميل ومريح للعين معايير النظافة عالية جدا والتنوع في المشروبات والأكل يصنعها كل شيء مميز ‏اشكر أستاذ كريم مدير الريسبشن كان لطيفا ومتعاونا جدا ‏وأشكر الأستاذة سمر المختصة بحجز booking على تعاونها اقتراحي يجب تزويد عدد golf cart لتسريع الخدمه

الغرفة مريحة ومنظمة والاكوابارك ممتعة وحمامات السباحة كانت اكثر من روعة

الناموس الخمور والعري حرام في بلاد المسلمين نتمني ان نشوف مكان في مصر بنفس النظافة والجمال ولاكن يمنع الخمور والتعري
