L'hôtel est propre, les chambres spacieuses et le lit confortable.

- Votre hôtel manque d’honnêteté dans la manière dont il communique avec ses clients. Vous nous refusez l’accès à une piscine qui est pourtant l’une des principales attractions largement mise en avant sur vos réseaux sociaux. Aller prendre un verre dans un espace animé réservé aux adultes est tout simplement impossible lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. - Les glaces que nous souhaitions consommer étaient complètement fondues et donc immangeables. Nous avons payé une formule tout compris, et non une simple pension complète. Pourtant, chaque fois que nous demandons quelque chose d’aussi simple qu’un sirop de vanille dans notre café, on nous répond qu’il faut payer un supplément. Vos responsables nous ont finalement indiqué que nous pouvions en bénéficier, mais à chaque fois que nous le demandons, on nous informe ensuite qu’il n’est pas dispo. Vos cocktails sont mauvais et la nourriture est fade, répétitive. - Nos enfants ont développé des éruptions cutanées et des boutons sur le visage ainsi que sur tout le corps, et ils sont fortement affectés. Depuis hier, toute notre famille souffre de diarrhées et de douleurs abdominales, alors que nous ne sommes ici que depuis notre 3ème jour de séjour. Si nous avions eu connaissance de tous ces problèmes, nous n’aurions jamais choisi votre établissement. - On nous a également indiqué que nous devions acheter des gilets de sauvetage pour que nos enfants puissent utiliser les toboggans aquatiques. Après les avoir achetés avec notre propre argent, nous nous sommes finalement vu refuser l’accès à tous les toboggans, sauf un seul. Par ailleurs, les deux seuls toboggans situés près de l’espace déjeuner ne glissent même pas correctement, au point que nos enfants restent bloqués à l’intérieur et doivent attendre pour pouvoir terminer la descente. - Votre hôtel est beau, mais mais c’est bien la seule qualité que nous pouvons lui reconnaître. Faire payer un supplément pour les cabanas, ainsi que pour certains transats, est inacceptable

Très beau complexe hôtelier, la lagon, les piscines, la nourriture proposé était à mon goût.

Mon ami et moi avions réserver une chambre, mais j’avais déjà payé à l’avance. Mon ami n’a pas pu rentrer sur le territoire égyptien j’ai dû donc payé pour nous deux, l'hôtel à refusé de faire un geste financier au vu de ma situation, même en passant par booking qui les a contacté... déçu. Ne payé pas à l'avance et payé sur place

Fabulous holiday only 20 minutes from the airport.food was good. The staff in the Tropicana bar were amazing, I only caught part of their names so I do apologize but Helal, Saied, Zidan were the only names I could catch, but you were all fabulous. Rania in the beauty salon who did my nails was friendly and professional. Lucia in customer relations was a superstar and sorted a few inquiries. The staff at Flamingo bar, namely Amal was very entertaining! The staff in every restaurant and bar were attentive and efficient. Big shout out to the lovely guy on the beach with the camel. Loved the experience! Ali the very kind taxi driver who took me to the shops and then waited for me to bring me back to hotel. Thankyou so much. Snack bar, Sunset bar, the entertainment team, the cleaners, gardeners, security were all so friendly. Superb service from a great team. Rooms were spotless, air con and wifi no problems at all. Gardens are stunning You have all given me amazing memories. Thankyou 🙏 xx

Food need more varieties

We had an amazing stay at Desert Rose Resort. We were traveling as a large group with both adults and children, and everyone had a great time. The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The resort itself is beautiful, with lots of greenery, flowers, and well-kept gardens. It feels like a small oasis. What really makes this hotel special is its staff. The heart of Desert Rose is its friendly and caring team. Everywhere we went, people greeted us with a smile and were always ready to help. Their kindness and attention made our vacation even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Haitham Ghoneim, the Main Restaurant Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. We also want to thank Samar from the Guest Relations team, who was always helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. We loved having four à la carte restaurants in addition to the main restaurant, giving us plenty of options for both lunch and dinner. There are also many bars around the resort where you can relax and enjoy a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is wonderful, the pools are great, and there is always somewhere nice to spend time. The reception area is beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. We also appreciated having a souvenir shop directly on the resort grounds. The coffee was excellent, the food was very good, and there were activities for all ages. Most importantly, both the children and the adults had so much fun. We made wonderful memories together and genuinely enjoyed every day of our stay. Thank you to the entire Desert Rose team for a fantastic vacation!

مكان جميل و ممتع جدا بكل تفاصيله دي تاني زياره ليا و مش هتكون الاخيره اكيد البحر و اللجون تحفه حمامات السباحه كبيره جدا وممتعه و في المطعم الرءيسي مستر ميلاد و التيم بتاعه متعاونين لاقصي درجه و مريم رفعت في الريسبشن حد قمه في المساعده و اللباقه و ساعدتنا نعمل تشيك ان بدري شويه و فريق الهاوس كيبينج كلو كانو في قمه الاحترافيه و كمان مريم من guest relation كانت دايما متابعه معانا الاقامه لتوفير اي شيء فعلا هو مكان ممتع و هاجي تاني في اقرب فرصه

Zaitouna Pool & Bar, Reception & Guest Relation teams are awesome. Animation team amazing all day there are activities. A la carte restaurants delicious specially Del Mar Special Thank to Samar & Lucia from Guest Relation, Milad from F&B, Mahmoud & M Reda from Reception.

Some facilities in the hotel shall be renovated the soonest such as Kids area & Aqua
